All those years that I took my vacation in Mexico, driving along the Pacific Coast to Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, I knew that each little town had it&#039;s own politics.  I even knew that some police/ police/chiefs in some of those towns were/are killers.  I remember seeing a story in the late 70s or 80&#039;s about a police chief in a little town north of Mazatlán found with a missing Colorado professor&#039;s pickup. The professor was never found.</description>
