THE BORDER REPORT
A Culiacán, Sinaloa, newspaper was attacked last night, two grenades thrown in through the front door.
El Debate is the largest newspaper in Sinaloa and fairly aggressive in its organized crime coverage. A colleague says two men are in custody but says he doesn’t know if they were the ones who lobbed the grenades or were detained because they’d run away.
Nobody was hurt in the incident, it happened a little after midnight.
I’ll have more details later this afternoon.
they earned those two pinapples.
