They were from San Diego ages 19-23. They were found wrapped in blankets in a van. One tested positive for Cocaine and supposedly had outside connections to the drug world.

No matter what Federal (or State) agency is born in Mexico, they will always be corrupt. Years ago my Dad told me not to trust Mexican law enforcement and he was right, he said that Mexico will ALWAYS be corrupt.
