		<description>I don&#039;t understand this. How could they have someone&#039;s documents and not realize that they were the property of someone else? This is quite confusing. The law seems to state that there are many instances where immigrants use someone else&#039;s paperwork and simply don&#039;t know it is not their own. I don&#039;t think any of us actually believe that is the case..do we?</description>

I am all for very strict regulations on holders of these particular visas, but I don&#039;t think the employer should suffer for the employee&#039;s sins.</description>
