		<description>I&#039;ve worked for the Border Patrol in Douglas for awhile.  I can assure you that the &quot;laying down of suppressive fire&quot; is not &quot;old hat&quot; or  &quot;a story as old as Pancho Villa.&quot;  I pray this is an isolated incident, but it should not be downplayed.  If it were your job to intercept dope at the border and suppressive fire was used three weeks ago, it would grab your attention, dubious threats from cartels or not.</description>
