The rumor floating around these parts is that El Teo has been detained. Teodoro Garcia Simental, the principal rival of the Arellano Felix family in Tijuana, has been waging war in that city for two years. Don’t yet know that it’s true, but if it is, hijole.

I know La Perra has been caught & has been talking a lot, just like El Morete before him & El Kaibil before El Morete. Rumor has it that that La Perra is offering info that will lead to El Teo’s arrest, but he wants to be a protected whitness. We’ll see what else comes out this week…

Catching El Teo would be the euqivalent of catching Osama…
They’re just the face of the cartel/terrorist group, but they’re more than likely NOT the person truly running it!
And even if El Teo IS caught, someone will be there to replace him…
However, the more Jefes get caught, the more diluted and weak the cartel becomes…that’s what we’re seeing with the AFO, for example!
