THE BORDER REPORT

Last month, I posted a brief chisme about an agent from the Office of Inspector General in Arizona that had been fired. Just received confirmation on the agent’s firing this morning. I’m still not going to name the investigator because I don’t have written confirmation from OIG or his defense counsel but as soon as I do, I’ll put it up. I’m being intentionally vague about his case but it had quite a bit to do with the Native American trackers within Customs and Border Protection, the Shadow Wolves. The corruption allegations were seemingly untrue but that may be because of a reluctance by the U.S. Attorney’s Office to take the case. Vamos a ver que onda.

  1. what happened to this story michael?

  2. I’m awaiting documentation confirming the agent’s name, yanawana.

  3. I don’t believe this story, if your allegations are correct wouldn’t the U.S Attorneys office have dropped charges against these Indians and gone after this corrupt agent?

  4. What did he get fired for? Was he just trying to trump up his cases, or was there more substantial corruption? Are there still charges pending against the agents he was investigating? C’mon, Michel!

Almost everyone is related somehow to a smuggler on the T.O. reservation. It’s not surprising that one or more of the infamous “Shadow Wolves” is corrupt. The reason they all have to be native american is because their station is in Sells, and it was assumed that all the agents would be living on the rez. But it’s impossible for the honest agents to live in a place where smuggling is so accepted, that the ex-T.O. nation president’s brother and sister were arrested for smuggling weed.

  5. Thiers allot more to this than any one will ever know, not only should the IG individual be fired but the BP supervisors who allowed this to happen should be removed immediately for simple incompetency.

If they were not Native American they would not have a problem.

Production on a news story has started that will be aired nationally on one individual that has been fighting an issue for years. He was lied to and racially insulted by the CBP Chief of staff in an email and told that he had no constitutional rights under federal EEO because he is Native American, all of this in writing. A few congressmen are being interviewed on this also. You would not believe it unless you saw the evidence and I have. The DHS IG and ICE OPR have ignored the issue also. His tribe has given his lawyer a huge sum of money that is being used to sue DHS.

Until any one knows the facts one should keep speculations to ones self, the embarrassment coming to DHS/CBP/ICE on this is going to be priceless.
