I went to high school with Maguin, the victim. It would be interesting to know the motive behind the shooting. I heard he had had set up his friend from Bisbee who was a local coke dealer. If that is true, it probably wasn’t the first time. Seems like eventually working both sides never turns out good for anyone. Still, it is tragic because his brother, Mario, also suffered a pretty nasty fate as he got brain cancer while doing time in Mexico. He was released for medical reasons and eventually ended up passing away. I feel so bad for their mother because nobody should have to bury their children. What a terrible fate.
