THE BORDER REPORT
Somebody whacked somebody else in front of the U.S. Consulate in Nogales, Sonora, short while ago. For the life of me, I don’t know the name of the consulate who’s there now. Anybody know it off chance?

The Counsel General serves one big city plus districts in the states, in this case it is John D. Breidenstine, who heads the Hermosillo Consulate General, the one in Nogales is I believe just an agency.
