THE BORDER REPORT
First the Sinaloans, now the Gulf Cartel. Proceso Magazine is reporting that EL Z-1, Heriberto Lazcano, was gunned down last Friday.
El Lazca was the leader of the Zetas, the military arm of the Gulf Cartel.
