Before I forget, let's all wish Joaquín "Shorty" Guzmán Loéra a very happy seven year anniversary. Today marks the seventh year on the run since he was rolled out of the Guadalajara maximum security prison in a laundry cart. Well, he hasn't exactly been on the run. He's stayed pretty busy building up the Sinaloan narco-syndicates. He's never had Amado Carrillo's charms, but for sheer staying power, nobody alive anymore can compare to Guzmán. I wonder what he's doing to celebrate.
